Vice President of Program Management
Jennifer (“JK”) brings over 20 years of experience leading complex projects across the Cell and Gene Therapy landscape — from facility buildouts and commissioning to late-phase technology transfers in the CDMO environment.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) for more than a decade, JK has overseen the successful execution of over $2 billion in product development projects. She has also established and enhanced three PMOs within the CDMO industry and has mentored more than 20 project managers throughout her career.
Renowned for her ability to balance customer priorities with operational excellence, JK consistently drives programs that exceed expectations. Before joining Cytovance, she served as Director of Project Management for Miltenyi Biotec’s CDMO business unit, overseeing a diverse portfolio in lentiviral vector and cell therapy manufacturing.
Earlier in her career, JK managed a late-phase vaccine development contract with the U.S. Department of Defense — a role that sharpened her program management expertise. Her foundation in cell therapy was built at Lonza, where she supported manufacturing operations in both Maryland and Singapore.
JK holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Shepherd College and a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University.
