Edwin brings over 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry and a proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing teams.
Prior to joining Cellipont, Edwin served as Sr. Vice President of Business Development & Licensing at iVexSol, where he led the development of a licensing strategy to include an innovative approach for lentivirus production. Before iVexsol, Edwin led a global cell therapy sales team at MaSTHercell (now Catalent), where he played a crucial role in the merger and acquisition of MaSTHerCell and Catalent. He has held other leadership roles at companies such as Cytovance Biologics, Althea Technologies, PRTM Management Consultants, and Avecia (Astrazeneca spin- off).
Edwin holds a B.S. in Animal Sciences and Molecular Biology from Tuskegee University and an M.B.A. from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
